Dwi Wijayanti

Dwi Wijayanti adalah dosen dan peneliti di bidang genetika ternak (animal breeding), aktif mengajar dan membimbing sejak 2017. Ia meraih gelar sarjana dan magister dari Universitas Diponegoro, Semarang, sebelum menyelesaikan program doktor di Northwest Agriculture & Forestry University, Tiongkok (2019–2023) melalui beasiswa pemerintah Tiongkok. Riset-risetnya berfokus pada genetika reproduksi dan sifat litter size pada kambing dan domba, mencakup analisis gen-gen seperti SMAD1, SMAD2, ETAA1, CLSTN2, dan TGIF1, serta kolaborasi riset dengan TROPICAL Research Group Undip pada topik ayam Kedu dan domba Dorper. Ia aktif sebagai Editor in Chief Bulletin of Applied Animal Research, reviewer untuk sejumlah jurnal internasional (termasuk Veterinary World dan Animal Biotechnology), serta menjabat Ketua LPPM dan LP3M di almamaternya saat ini.

Dwi Wijayanti is a lecturer and researcher in animal breeding, teaching and supervising since 2017. She earned her bachelor's and master's degrees from Universitas Diponegoro, Semarang, before completing her PhD at Northwest Agriculture & Forestry University, China (2019–2023) on a Chinese government scholarship. Her research centers on reproductive genetics and litter-size traits in goats and sheep, examining candidate genes such as SMAD1, SMAD2, ETAA1, CLSTN2, and TGIF1, alongside collaborative work with Universitas Diponegoro's TROPICAL Research Group on Kedu chickens and Dorper sheep. She serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Bulletin of Applied Animal Research, reviews for several international journals (including Veterinary World and Animal Biotechnology), and currently chairs her university's Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) and Institute of Education Development and Quality Assurance (LP3M).
