Nuruliarizki Shinta Pandupuspitasari

Shinta adalah dosen dan peneliti dengan latar belakang kuat di bidang biologi molekuler dan mikrobioma, aktif mengajar di Undip sejak Februari 2021 dan turut mengelola International Office fakultas sejak 2022. Ia menyelesaikan gelar magister dan doktor di Huazhong Agricultural University, Tiongkok, dengan disertasi mengenai peran gen TREM-1 dalam imunitas terhadap penyakit inflamasi, serta menjalani postdoctoral fellowship di Tongji Hospital, Wuhan. Sebagai Fulbright Visiting Scholar (2022–2023) dan Visiting Professor (2025) di MIT, riset terkininya berfokus pada keragaman mikrobioma saluran cerna ternak lokal Indonesia (kambing dan ayam), aplikasi Fecal Microbiota Transplantation (FMT) untuk efisiensi produksi ternak, serta teknik metagenomik dan pengeditan genom (CRISPR/Cas9). Dengan Scopus h-index 14, ia telah menghasilkan puluhan publikasi internasional dan memegang beberapa hak kekayaan intelektual terkait mikrobioma ternak.

Shinta is a lecturer and researcher with a strong background in molecular biology and microbiome science, teaching at Universitas Diponegoro since February 2021 and also serving with the faculty's International Office since 2022. She completed her master's and doctoral degrees at Huazhong Agricultural University, China, with a PhD dissertation on the role of the TREM-1 gene in immunity against inflammatory diseases, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at Tongji Hospital, Wuhan. As a Fulbright Visiting Scholar (2022–2023) and Visiting Professor (2025) at MIT, her current research focuses on gut microbiome diversity in Indonesian local livestock (goats and chickens), Fecal Microbiota Transplantation (FMT) applications for efficient livestock production, and metagenomic and genome-editing techniques (CRISPR/Cas9). With a Scopus h-index of 14, she has authored dozens of international publications and holds several intellectual property rights related to livestock microbiome research.
